Selecting the right Hoop
We suggest the following general usage recommendations: People who don’t exercise should start with a 3 lb hoop. If you do light to moderate exercise or have a stronger core then you can choose from a 4 or 5 lb hoop. The bigger the diameter of the hoop, the easier it is to keep it up on your waist. If you are an experienced weighted hoop user or you have limited exercise space, it is recommended to go with the smaller size of hoop.
